Tiksky

Terms of Use

Effective 4 November 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Demie AC (Demetria Althea Cohn), who makes the Tiksky app and runs tiksky.social and tiksky.xyz (“Tiksky”, “we”, “us”). By using Tiksky you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use Tiksky.

1. Who can use Tiksky

You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding agreement. You're responsible for your account and for keeping your password safe. If you sign in with an account hosted elsewhere on the AT Protocol, that provider's terms also apply to your account.

2. The rules

We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. Don't post, send or promote:

Don't interfere with Tiksky or tiksky.social, try to get around our safety features, or access accounts or data that aren't yours.

3. Reporting and moderation

You can report, block and mute from every Tiksky, post, comment and profile. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours. We (and automated checks on tiksky.social) may remove content, label it, limit it, or suspend or end accounts that break these terms, with or without notice. Content from other servers may also be moderated by Bluesky's moderation service or by the services you choose to use.

4. Your content

You own what you create. By posting, you give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, transcode, display and distribute your content as needed to run Tiksky and the network, including showing it to people on other apps on the AT Protocol. This license ends when you delete the content, except for copies already distributed across the network that we don't control.

Your posts are public. The AT Protocol is an open network, and what you post can be seen, copied and kept by others. Only post what you're comfortable sharing publicly, and only what you have the right to share, including any music or footage in your videos.

5. Apple Intelligence and AI features

Feed ranking, explanations, caption ideas, tone checks and captions from speech are generated on your device and can be wrong. Check suggestions before you post; you're responsible for what you publish.

6. Our software

We give you a personal, non-transferable license to use the Tiksky app under these terms and the Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Don't copy, sell, reverse engineer or misuse the app or the Tiksky brand. “Tiksky”, the Tiksky icon and Demie AC are our marks.

7. Third-party services

Tiksky relies on services we don't control, including Bluesky Social PBC's network, video and chat services, Apple's services, and other servers on the AT Protocol. Their availability and terms are theirs.

8. Ending things

You can stop using Tiksky and delete your tiksky.social account at any time in Settings › Account › Delete Account. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms or to protect others. Sections 4 (for content already distributed), 9, 10 and 11 survive.

9. Disclaimers

Tiksky is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties, express or implied, including about availability, accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. We're not responsible for content posted by others.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or lost data or profits, and our total liability for any claim about Tiksky is limited to US $100. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you; nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be waived.

11. General

If part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies. Not enforcing a term isn't a waiver. We may update these terms; we'll change the date above and tell you in the app about important changes, and continuing to use Tiksky means you accept them.
